Yeah. They do. My cousin is buying a house in AZ too. They're buying a foreclosed house from one bank. But the bank that is giving them their loan won't let them have the loan until they do a bunch of repairs to the house. The bank they're buying the house from won't pay for the repairs either. So they're having to spend a bunch of their own money on all of these substantial repairs when they were going to do them eventually and in their own time. My cousin has two little boys under 3 and her husband is a pilot, so he's gone a lot. She's really frustrated with banks right now. I don't even want to think about me and my hubby buying a house right now. It kinda makes me nauseous. Bleh! Hang in there girlie.
Ya- I wish I could say we were that happy couple in front of a cute sold house , instead we're not.

I HATE banks right now too!!! But it was good to run into you guys at Costa Vida!! Your baby is SO cute! Congrats!!
